Jean R. Cline, age 80, life long resident of Shiloh, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on October 28, 1930 to the late Burton and Belle (Higgins) Forquer. Jean was a life long member of the Shiloh American Legion Auxiliary and Shelby VFW Auxiliary, and a member of the Shelby Moose and Shelby Owls. She also worked with the Richland County Board of Elections.
She is survived by her son, Dean (Percilla) Cline of Lewisville TX; one granddaughter, Tiffany (Philip) Greene of Holly Springs, NC; one grandson, Nicholas (Kristen) Cline of Clayton, NC; three great grandchildren, Hannah Greene, Ella Greene and Mason Cline; twin sister, Jeannette (Charles E.) Young Jr. of Mansfield, OH and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank Cline, whom preceded her in death on December 9, 2002; one son, Ronald Cline and two brothers, Harry and Bill Forquer.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Monday, October 3, 2011 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon with her nephew, Rev. Daniel Young officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Shiloh, Ohio. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

Dean and family – I am so sorry to hear about Jean, she and I shared many conversations over the past few years and she was so proud of her family. She was special person & I along with many others are going to miss her.
