Jessica L. Bowmar, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio surround by her loving family. She was born on December 25, 1987 in Willard, Ohio to Shane Bowmar and Lynda Carroll. Jessica worked at R.R. Donnelley in Willard. She loved Elvis and collecting Elvis’s memorabilia, vacation, clothing with skulls and leopard prints, but most of all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children, Cadin Bowmar of Findlay, Ohio; Claire Bilger of Willard, Ohio; and Wyatt Bilger of Willard, Ohio; mother, Linda Carroll of Mansfield, Ohio; sisters, Amber (John) Muhr of Shelby, Ohio and Kristina (Matt) Brenner of Illinois; brother, Thomas Carroll of Greenwich, Ohio; grandmother, Iva Carroll; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Shane Bowmar and grandfather, Robert Carroll.
Visitation will be at the Willard Church of God on Willard West Road on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM where her funeral service will be at 1:00 PM with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating. I was very upset when I heard about her passing. I first met her back when her family found out she had it. That was around the time me and her son (Wyatt) started dating. I believe that God led me to him to be a light through the dark times and to be his support when he needs it. Jessica was such a kind and loving soul. I miss her dearly
