Joe Michael Sauceda, age 67, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 in the Louis Stokes Cleveland V.A. Medical Center. He was born on July 29, 1947 in Alice, Texas. He was a graduate of William Adams High School in Alice, Texas and then served 14 years in the US Army. Michael had been employed with MTD in Willard and enjoyed spending time with friends at the Willard Moose, V.F.W., and American Legion.
He is survived by his father, Daniel Paez of Willard; siblings, Maria (Antonio) Rivera of Willard, Daniel (Rose) Paez of Perrysburg, Graciela (Rudy) Maldonado of Willard, and George (Mandy) Paez of Willard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Josefina Paez; a brother Tomas Paez, Sr.; a niece, Sylvia Paez; and a nephew, Victor Daniel Maldonado.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Sunday, September 14, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio with the Willard American Legion presenting military honors. Was so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. We would meet him at the service clubs and always enjoyed talking with him. Joe and Linda had the same birth date so that was always a topic of conversation. Please accept our condolences at the sad time.
