John A. Schultz, age 67, resident of Willard passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2009 in the Cleveland Clinic. He was born on December 31, 1941 in Wheeling, West Virgina to the late Albert and Genevieve (Clark) Schultz and had been a Willard resident for over 45 years. He was a 1959 graduate of Attica High School and retired from R.R. Donnelley after 47 years of service. He was a member of the Willard Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed fishing, crossword puzzles, model railroading and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Fadanna (Kilgore) Schultz whom he married on January 14, 1962; a daughter, Theresa Howard of Willard; seven grandchildren, Melissa Tackett, Jennifer Howard, Christina Schultz, Johnathon Stover, Ashley Seville, Charles Osborne Jr., and Micheal Osborne; six great grandchildren, Melodie Tuttle, Kelcey DeWitt, Skylar Tackett, Madison Tackett, Lillian Stover and Carter Osborne; three sisters, Janice Predmore of Willard; Brenda Hindeman of West Virginia and Linda Caldwell of West Virginia.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a daughter, Vieneta Osborne in 2000; a brother, Clifford Schultz; two sisters, Catherine Shafer and Shirley Wilson.
Friends may call at the Willard Church of the Nazarene on Townline Road 12 on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM where the funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Reverend Doc Burrows officiating.
