Joe and I graduated together. He was always a unique kind person and I am proud to call him my brother-in-law.
I can still see the reaction he had when he opened the box that contained the new paint job for his Harley.
He will be greatly missed.

To the Fulton Family,
I was saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. I lived near Joe when we lived on Woodland Avenue above my great grandparents home. Sounds like he had a large and loving family. Jl5ph
