I sincerely wish Lacella and Rollie could have found out what happened to their daughter Regina before they passed away. No parent should have to go through what they went through, and it's a shame that law enforcement couldn't find the person responsible. I grew up with the Rowes, and wish I could have done something for them.

We share a name…my mother worked with her years ago, before I was born; she told Lacella that she liked her name, and if she ever had a little girl, she was going to give her that name. When I met her as a teenager she saw my name badge and said “You’re the one!” She told me her name and I said “Yes, I am.” Thoughts and prayers for her family and friends.
