Lamar Nick Luna, age 67, resident of Plymouth, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born on June 29, 1954, in Willard, Ohio, to the late Nicholas P. and Alva May (Hicks) Luna. Lamar enjoyed riding his trike Harley-Davidson and Ploger Transportation was like his family to him.
He is survived by his four children, Linda L. Luna, Cietta Muncy, Annie Jones, and Scott Michael Jones; bonus daughter, Kristi Davis; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Silvia (Kevin) Smith; and numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Luna.
Calling hours will be at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Saturday, April 30, 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Adkins officiating. I am so saddened to have heard of my cousin Lamar's passing. My heart aches for all of the family. I pray the Almighty holds your hearts in the palm of His hands as you all go through these emotional days and adjusting to his absence on this earth. It's been so long since I've been away and it's been a very long time since I had an opportunity to see Lamar and talk with him but I still remember that contagious laugh of his and how it always made you laugh just hearing it. Even though we know it's the inevitable, losing one of our family members is a very large & hard pill to swallow.
