Leola G. Hough, age 85, of Willard, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born September 6, 1935 in Willard, Ohio to the late Ted and Margaret (Rinker) Slagle.  She retired from the B&O Railroad.  She enjoyed playing cards, feeding the birds and squirrels, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by 2 children, Darla (Victor) D'Ettorre of Cincinnati, OH and David (Mary) Shirey of West Virginia, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Hough; parents, Ted Slagle and Margaret Ellis; brother, Homer Slagle and sister, Mary Hatton.

There will be a graveside service Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio, where there will be an hour of calling hours prior to the service.   Memorial contributions may be made to the American Foundation for the Blind, 2 Penn Plaza, Suite 1102, New York, NY 10121 or to the American Heart Association, P.O. I was one of Leolas caretakers, we had become close and we talked about alot of things. She will be greatly missed! My condolences to Darla and her family. RIP LEOLA!.❤ LOVE, TRISH
