Stephen (Boo) Deanté Revez, age 29, born to Starlette Ruff Batrez and Troy Reaves on October 17, 1991, passed away too soon on June 14, 2021 at Mercy Hospital of Willard surrounded by family and friends.
Boo most enjoyed spending time with family. To him, family was everything. He loved floating the river, flying drones, 4-wheeling, fishing, barbeques, ball games and anything to do with the outdoors. He was just a big kid at heart. Boo was an entrepreneur of several businesses. He excelled in home improvement. He was a jack of all trades. He was the kindest soul with the biggest heart. He would do anything for anyone, no matter who you are. Boo was the definition of "I'll give you the shirt off my back." He never knew a stranger and will be greatly missed by everyone.
Boo is survived by the love of his life, his fiancé, Ariel Howell of Willard, Ohio; four-legged son, Milo; parents, Starlette Ruff Batrez of Willard and Troy Reaves of Muskegon Heights, Michigan; seven brothers, Jose (Kadisha) Ramirez of Willard, Ohio, Seferino Bobby Maltos of Willard, Ohio, Reynaldo (Sammi) Garcia of Willard, Ohio, GeMario Reaves, Troy Reaves, Devonte Revez, and Damir Reaves, all of Detroit, Michigan; sister, Shayna Revez of Michigan; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Ruff McCormick of Willard, Ohio; four beautiful nieces and two nephews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Alecia Angel Garcia; maternal grandfathers, Michael Barnett Sr. and Ernest Russell; and paternal grandparents, Willodean Browder and Troy Reaves.
Boo had a heart that bled for the people he loved, a heart that overflowed with joy and happiness, a heart that was selfless and kind. Although his heart no longer beats, his memory will live forever in ours.
Visitation will be Monday, June 21, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio. The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio.
