Lillian Ann Mullen, age 72, resident of Willard, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2006 in Hillside Acres nursing home in Willard. She was born on November 5, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late George and Edna (Walker) Eberly and had been a resident of Willard all of her life. She loved playing cards, making crafts, and spending time with her dog Misty and her family. She was a clerk at several drug stores over the years and also worked some janitorial jobs. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Lloyd Mullen, whom she wed on Jan. 23, 1955; daughter, Jeri Laser and Tim Fry of Willard; grandson, Andrew Clark of Willard; brother-in-law, Mike Lawrence of New London, OH; and several nieces and nephews. She is proceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Monica Kovasckitz, Carl Lawrence, Margaret Eberly, Eileen Auer and Edith Keserton; and a brother, Roy Eberly.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Sunday, May 21, 2006 from 4-7 PM where a rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM with Father Stanley S. Szybka officiating. A graveside service will be held on Monday, 22, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial expressions may be made to Hillside Acres Nursing Home, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church or to Southern Care Hospice.
