Lily Giselle Cok, infant daughter of Shane and Daphney (Hall) Cok of Willard, Ohio was born and passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, Ohio.
In addition to her parents she is survived by three sisters and one brother; maternal grandparents, Ron and Jodi Hall of Willard; and Viola and Randy Thornsberry of Indiana; paternal grandparents, Patti and Jeff Henry of Willard.
A private graveside service will be held on August 18, 2007 in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio with Reverend Steve Burkhalter officiating. Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhome.com
