Lucille M. Wilson, age 80, former resident of Willard, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2009 at the Mercy Hospital in Knoxville, TN. She was born on January 16, 1929 in Willard to the late Alfred and Ada (Carpenter) Nichols and had been a resident of Willard all of her life, before moving to Knoxville, TN in 1993 to live with her daughter after her husband, Robert passed away.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Russell O. Moore of Straw Plains, TN; two grandchildren, Kimberly Williams of Willard and Angela Williams of Knoxville, TN; two great grandchildren, Harley Nicole Williams and Peyton Shaye Williams, both of Knoxville, TN; and two brothers, Alfred H. Nichols of Veradale, Washington and Walter L. Nichols of New Haven, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Wilson; her daughter, Linda Kay Moore; her parents; and three sisters, Claramay Anna Niestetler, Marjorie Elleen Waltz and Betty Marie Polachek.
