Melcine Bailey, age 90, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away Thursday, June 3, 2004 at her home. She was born August 25,1913 in Hueysville, Kentucky to the late Steve and Oma (Oney) Collins and had been a Willard resident for the majority of her life. She was employed with the former Pioneer Rubber Co. for thirteen years and retired. She also was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Audrey Collins of Elyria and Lorene and Walter Kilgore of Willard; one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Sandra Bailey of McDonough, GA; seventeen grandchildren; nine step grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bee Bailey; two sons, Steve and Ed Bailey; seven brothers; four sisters; and one son-in-law, Samuel Collins.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor J. Art Kennard.
