Nora June “June Bug” Blair-Cole, age 65, resident of Norwalk, and former Willard resident passed away on Friday, July 29, 2011 in Twilight Gardens Nursing Home in Norwalk. She as born on May 16, 1946 in Greenup County, Kentucky to the late Virgil and Mabel (Grizzle) Meadows and has been an area resident since 1968. Mrs. Blair was a housewife. She was a member of the Church of God in Willard, Ohio.
She is survived by three daughters, Thresea Elaine Blair of Colorado Springs, CO; Anita (Robert) Blair Louder of Wakeman; Charletta Lynn Bennett of Gassaway, WV; and one son, Christopher (Zen) Day Blair of Duck, WV; fifteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and three brothers, James Meadows of Garden City, MI; Ray Meadows of Jacksonville, FL; and Max Harlow of Howell, OH; three sisters, Colleen Stephens of South Shores, KY; Pauline Tussey of Greenup, KY; and Gledafern Stapleton of Lorain, OH.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter, Sally Marie Jackson; a grandson, Robert Davidson Louder III; a brother, Haskel and a sister, Ernie.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 in the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio with Reverend Doug Beggs officiating. Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family.
