Richard E. “Dick” Barnett, age 54, resident of Rural Willard, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 12, 2010 in Fisher Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. He was born on April 12, 1955 in Willard to the late Sill and Bertha (Baugh) Barnett and had been a life long resident. He was a 1974 graduate of Willard High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing and horseback riding.
He is survived by his companion, Nancy Stump; a daughter, Crystal (Jimmy) Hoard of Bardstown, KY; two sons, Marcus (Donna) Barnett and Nicholas Barnett both of Willard; five grandchildren; three sisters, Carloyn (Michael) Bolen of Portsmouth, OH; Sharon (Richard) Layne of Willard; and Jessica (Jeff) Campbell of Crawfordsville, IN; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers, Garland, Paul and Donald Barnett; and a great nephew, Matthew Conley.
