Robert M. Crawford, age 74, passed away on November 22, 2010 in the Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio. He was born on October 31, 1936 in Willard, Ohio to the late James and Bernice (Zeiter) Crawford. He retired from MTD after 40 years as a Graphic Arts Manager. Robert loved spending time with his family and enjoyed playing golf, dinning out and cooking. He also loved anything to do with the University of Notre Dame, and was proud of his Irish and Scottish ancestry.
He is survived by his Wife, Pat (Salyer) Crawford; six children, Michael Crawford, Michelle Campanela, Kimberly Crawford, Wayne Crawford, Tammy Crawford and Bobby Crawford; ten grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ryan, Madison, Morgan, Macy, Nick, Nathaniel, Ashley, Kaylee and Jacob; three sisters, Patty, Judy and Mary Ellen and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Secor Funeral Home in Willard assited the family with the arrangements. TO PAT AND FAMILY, I WAS VERY SADDENED TO HEAR OF BOB’S PASSING. NOT ONLY DID I WORK WITH HIM FOR 30 YEARS, I ENJOYED HIS WIT , PLAYING GOLF, AND JOKINGLY TEASING HIM. WE WERE ALTER BOYS TOGETHER AT OLD SAINT FRANCIS CHURCH. I WILL MISS HIM AS I AM SURE AS ALL WHO KNEW HIM WILL MISS HIM. GOD BLESS HIM. SADLY, MIKE WENNER
