Ruth (Robinson) Chapman, age 105, passed away at The Willow’s in Willard, Ohio on August 17, 2026.
Born to Milo and Anna Robinson on July 12, 1921.
She graduated from Willard High School in 1939 and lived most of her life in the Willard and Greenwich area.
She married Frank L. Chapman on September 29, 1940 and was married 73 years until his passing in 2013.
She was a member of Grace Methodist Church, Red Hat Society, 20th Century Club and volunteered for various charities. She was also a worthy matron of the OES in Greenwich.
Besides her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband in 2013, a brother and a sister.
She is survived by 3 children, Sandra Viers of Tampa, Florida, Tom Chapman of Willard, Ohio and Jude Chapman of Willard, Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Michael Inmon of Ashland, Mark Inmon of San Tan, AZ and Belinda Viers of Tampa. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren; Mya Dawn Inmon of North Fairfield, Ohio and Iver, Maverick, Harvie and Copelyn Inmon of AZ.

Calling hours will be on Friday, August 21, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio with Pastor Steve Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
