William Lowell Boyd, age 74, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Admiral’s Point Care Center in Huron, Ohio.  He was born on April 9, 1952, in Bellevue, Ohio, to the late Roger B. and Adytha Mildred (Henderson) Boyd.  William proudly served in the U.S. Airforce and the National Guard and was retired from CSX Railroad.  He loved his family and friends and enjoyed his breakfast club, the outdoors, gambling and smoking cigars.

He is survived by his daughter, Julie Boyd, of Willard, who he shared with the late Judy Mann; and sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" (Dennis) Hanlon of Attica, Ohio; Rebecca "Becky" (Thomas) Lutz of Attica, Ohio; and Chrisine Yenchi of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert "Bob" Boyd and an infant brother, Roger Bryce Boyd.

Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 1:00 PM until the time of his Military Honors at 4:00 PM.  After the Military Honors, there will be time for family and good friends to share memories of William.  Burial will be at a later date.  Online condolences may be made to William's family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com
