Samantha J. Rowe, age 42, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. She was born on February 21, 1973 in Willard, Ohio to Paul E. and Geraldine (Carney) Weiss. Samantha graduated from Willard High School and enjoyed her dog, Dixie.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Rowe; daughter, Savannah Duffy of Columbus; 2 step-chilren, Brandon and Shelbie Rowe; 2 brothers, Michael Weiss of Mansfield and Blake (Lisa) Weiss of Lufkin, Texas; sister, Jacqueline Weiss and mother, Geraldine “Jerry” (Carney) Weiss.
She is preceded in death by her father, Paul E. Weiss, Jr and sister, Kim Weiss Long.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Monday, September 21, 2015 from 3:00-4:00 PM with a funeral service at 4:00 PM with Pastor Ron Parsons officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Greenwood cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to her family. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

Savanna, Chuck and family (and Dixie too!) I am so shocked to hear of Sam’s passing and am so sorry! Samantha was such a sweet lady and had a very giving heart. Ive missed her since she moved and sad that I hadn’t made it out to visit the new place. I will be keeping all of you in y prayers!
