Sylvia Howell, resident of Willard, passed away Sat., Dec. 10, 2005 at the Willard Health Care Center. She was born in Garrett, KY to the late William and Bertha (Collins) Green and had been a resident of Willard most of her life. She was formerly emplyed by Pioneer Rubber Co. in Willard. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Willard.
She is survived by her three grandsons; a brother and a sister;and best friend, Ron Hall.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, where the funeral service will be Friday at 10:00 A.M., with Rev. Rick Branham officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, OH.
