My husband and I met Theresa 6 years ago when we moved to Willard. My husband Chris started working at goodwill with Theresa. I came in often to talk to all the employees and they quickly became like family. Theresa had a big heart and always helped us out when we needed it. She grew into a great manager. She really valued her job and her family. She will be missed by so many. 💜💜💜💜

Theresa was a friendly, compassionate woman who absolutely adored her family- always talking about her children and sharing cherished memories. To say that Theresa adored her children and grandchildren is an understatement. She loved being the General Manager of Goodwill here in Willard, and was a proud and dedicated employee. She will be truly missed by the community!

I hardly know where to begin, except to say that I will miss Theresa forever and there will always be a hole in my life that will never be filled. She helped me through so many life challenges and honestly, helped me grow to be the person I am now. She was one of the best employees and friends I've ever had. Theresa took her responsibilities seriously and had a worth ethic that was unrivaled. She could always find a kind word to say about everyone, and tried to focus on the positives of any situation we were dealing with at work. Whenever I would be anxious and worried she'd always say "They can't take your birthday away!" That perspective was always just what was needed in the moment. She always talked about her kids and grandkids, and how proud she was of them, and how much she loved them. May her light shine forever through them. I love you Theresa, and you will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you. ❤️

Theresa was my coworker and a dear friend also as she would say the other half of my brain and my partner in crime. We have went through many family crisis together and we laughed together and cried together. I will miss her so much. She was a kind person unless she thought someone was messing with one of her children than she could become a ferocious momma bear. She loved her children and grandchildren beyond words. I always told her if she would pray for my children I would pray for hers and I promise Theresa I will continue to pray for your. Rest in peace my friend.

I’m absolutely heartbroken, Theresa seriously was the best manager. All I can remember is how she made my work experience fun and would say “I’m the favorite” or I’m the “‘nicest” and it is definitely true. She was such a caring person. A lovable person to say at most. I seriously just can’t believe she’s gone. It just doesn’t feel real. Goodwill isn’t the same and won’t be the same. I was so excited to see you come back. 🙁 miss you so much Theresa. May you rest in peace ♥️ my prayers to her children and grandchildren.

All of you know how much we loved Theresa at Goodwill. The first thing she would tell new employees is "I'm the favorite". And she was absolutely right! She was a joy to work for and someone that I will never forget. I do not know her children or grandchildren, but I absolutely know how much she loved all of you. The way she talked about all of you, it was clear how proud she was. We will miss her terribly, yet I know that she is no longer in any pain. She will continue to live through her children and grandchildren. Rest in Peace Theresa ❤️
