Tori Autumn Stephens, infant daughter of Heath and Jessica (Kuhns) Stephens of Bellevue, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born on October 10, 2004 in Norwalk, Ohio.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday from 6-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Delmer Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven.
