Virgie A. Kozak, age 88, resident of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the home of her daughter; and care giver Fern Rodrick. She was born on March 2, 1920 in Insko, KY to the late Frank Press Bailey and Sally (King) Bailey. Mrs. Kozak was employed by Fisher’s of Norwalk for several years and was a retiree of Pioneer Rubber Company of Willard.
She is survived by one son, Marcus Allen of Willard; four daughters, Fern Rodrick of Tiffin, Shirleen (Bud) Garrett of Plymouth, Dr. Joyce Fike of San Diego, California and Brenda Cramer of Willard; thirteen grandchildren; twenty three great granchildren; five great great grandchildren; one brother, Woodford Bailey of Blanchester, Ohio; and one sister, Jewell Lewis of North Faifield.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Kozak; one son, Kenneth Allen of San Francisco; a great grandson, Adam Wirick; and several brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Sunday, May 18, 2008 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Danny Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
