Wheeler William Risner, age 89, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 in Mercy Willard Hospital. He was born on March 4, 1925 to the late Coonie and Effie (Barnett) Risner and had been a resident of Willard most of his life. Mr. Risner had been employeed with several of the area factories over the years. He is a veteran of the US Army having served in WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Florence (Moross) Risner; two daughters, Vivan and Brenda Risner; and a son, Charles Richard Risner all of Kentucky; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Anna Jean Holida of Willard; and Janet Staten of Shelby.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Mabel (Dowe) Risner; second wife, Catherine (Hawkins) Risner; two daughters, Evelyn Hicks and Rachael Risner; a son, Ronald Wayne Risner; 4 sisters, Vana Mae Bolen, Helen Feltner, Riva Micoff and Christina Risner; and two brothers, Loten and Michael Risner
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 1:00 PM in Centerton Cemetery in Centerton, Ohio with Reverend Ricky Branham officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com
