William J. Booth Jr., age 47, of Twin Bay Trail, Holiday Lakes, passed away along side his family and friends,Friday, July 2, 2004 at his home, after a short battle with cancer. He was born March 2, 1957 in Toledo and lived in Garrett, IN for 9 years, before moving to Willard 15 years ago. He was an engineer for the CSX Railroad in Willard. He enjoyed fishing in Canada, boating, skiing and was a great friend to many.
He is survived by 2 sons, Alex Stebing and Sean Booth-Stebing, both of Garrett, IN; mother, Charlene Ewing of Sun City, AZ; 3 brothers, Bud B. Baranek of Hudson, Bradley M. Booth of Akron and Jack Neal of Boca Raton, FL; sister, Nancy Schneider of Ventura, CA; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He is preceeded in death by his father, William J. Booth Sr. and a brother, Thomas Neal.
There will be a Memorial Service, Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard, OH, with Fr. Melvin Verhoff officiating. Memorials may be made to the Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, OH 44870. The Secor Funeral Home in Willard, OH is in charge of arrangements.
