Albert Durham, age 76, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024. He was born on June 21, 1947 in Willard, Ohio to Van Jr. and Clara (Wright) Durham. Albert proudly served in the U.S. Army and loved watching the Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Browns, OSU Buckeyes, and golf. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra (Patterson) Durham, whom he married on August 1, 1970; children, Darrell (April) Durham of Willard, Ohio; Sonya (Robert) Yockey of Mansfield, Ohio and Monica Durham of Mansfield, Ohio; mother, Clara Durham of Willard, Ohio; a sister, Catherine (David) Cantrell of Detroit, MI; two brothers, Van Durham III of Willard, Ohio; and Charles A. Durham of Bucyrus, Ohio; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Van Durham Jr.; a sister, Mary Louise Hoke; two brothers, Richard L. Durham, and Thomas E. Durham, and grandson, DeAndre Durham.
Visitation will be held at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM where the funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Jones officiating.
