Alice Ousley, age 87, resident of Willard passed away Thursday, November, 29, 2007 in Willard Health Care. She was born on May 4, 1920 in Huesysville, Kentucky to the late Kendall and Dovie (Shephard) Crager. She had been a Willard resident for the past 44 years. Mrs. Ousley was employed with the former Pioneer Rubber Company retiring in 1982.
She is survived by four daughters and sons-in-law, Bertha and Delmer Bailey of Shiloh; Donna J. and Donald Heilman of Sycamore, OH; Brenda K. and James Fox of Willard; Judy L. and Keith Tschanen of Sycamore, OH; one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Lisa Ousley of Ashland; one step son and daughter-in-law, Sherman Ray and Brenda Ousley of Norwalk; two step daughters and son-in-law, Wanda and Dennis Meyers of Willard; Louvern Ousley of Mt. Vernon, OH; 14 grandchildren; 8 step grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter; one sister and one brother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Ousley in 1997; two daughters, Betty S. Spencer and Freda J. Ousley; and eight brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday, November 30, 2007 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Ron Parsons officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
