Glenn A. Babcock, age 55, resident of New Haven, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at his home. He was born on May 23, 1952 in Fort Benning, Georgia and has been a life long Huron County resident. Glenn was a 1970 graduate of Willard High School and a long time employee of Fanny Farmer in Norwalk. He enjoyed reading and music.
He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Babcock of Cynthia, KY; and Anna Marie Babcock of Norwalk; his parents, Richard and Alice (McPherson) Babcock of New Haven; three brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Diane Babcock of Fostoria; Kevin and Mary Ellen Babcock of New London; Virgil and Connie Babcock of Thorton, IL; two nephews, Joshua Babcock serving in Iraq; and Garrett Babcock of New London; a special aunt, Harriett Miller of New Haven.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents and an uncle, LeRoy Babcock.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday, October 5, 2007 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio with Reverend Lynda Masters officiating.
