Jeynene M. Wise, age 59, resident of New Washington, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2007 in University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born on June 25, 1947 in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Russell J. and Marie (Shell) Foos. She was employed by Crest Bending in New Washington and a member of St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. She also was an avid reader.
She is survived by a niece, Elizabeth Elder of Plainsvile, Ohio; two best friends, Donna Myers of Bucyrus and Rita Strecker of New Washington; and numerous cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alan Wise; her parents; her maternal grandparents, Edward and Mary (Alt) Shell; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Mary (Felter) Foos.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernard’s Catholic Church with Father Robert Dendinger officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Bernard’s Catholic Cemetery. Memorial expressions may be made to the New Washington library or to the donor’s choice.
