We are deeply saddened by the loss of your father and father-in-law. Leon was quite a guy who’s sense of humor and infectious laugh could lighten any moment. Of course we will always remember the reunions and the card games that would always break out. We are so sorry we didn’t feel safe comforting you in person during this pandemic and hope that we can meet again soon under more pleasant circumstances.

Max worked on the Railroad with Leon for many years. He always considered Leon a good friend and a great guy. I loved to hear his infectious laugh and enjoyed is wonderful sense of humor. His 90th celebration was a great honor to him and gave all of the old railroaders who came a chance to tell stories and be together again. Many were thankful for that time with him and each other. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
