Margery B. Holthouse, age 69, resident of Willard, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2005 at the Willard Mercy Hospital. She was born on December 14, 1935 in Ashland, Ohio, to the late Robert E. and Alice (Pence) Ricker and had been a resident of the Willard area most of her life. She was a member of the Willard Christian Reformed Church in Celeryville. She loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Vicki and John VanZoest of Plymouth and Terry Stratton of Willard; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jacob Holthouse of Willard, and James and Angie Holthouse of Willard; five grandchildren, J.R. Meiser, Cory Stratton, Abbi Holthouse, Alli Holthouse and Little Jake Holthouse, all of Willard; a sister, Bonnie Keiffer of Ashland, Ohio; Best Friend, Jeanine Newmeyer; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Wayne A. Holthouse, whom she married on February 10, 1963; and her parents.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Thursday, July 21, 2005 from 1-4 PM. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Leonard Riemersma officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Christie Lane Workshop.
