Marlene Wilson prior resident of Plymouth, Ontario, Crossville, TN, & Belleville went to be with her Lord on October 22, 2004. Family was by her side when she crossed over.
Marlene is survived by brothers, Robert Hunter, Duane Hunter, Richard Hunter, sister Ruth Ramsey, son, Thomas Wilson, daughters Jean Steiner, Deb Post,Marilou Lamb and Janet Ramey. Marlene had 14 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren. Her 4 cats, Skuffy, Miss Mommy, Zipper and Simon will miss her dearly until they are reunited on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.
Marlene enjoyed gardening, bird watching, her cats, old time gospel hymns,
good ‘ole country music, and seeing America. But Marlene’s first priority &
biggest pride & joy was her family. It was not uncommon to hear Marlene laughing with former coworkers, or giggling with her family. She was described as devoted to her family, hard working, & had a bubbly personality.
Marlene was preceded by her parents Martin “Bert” & Grace Hunter, brothers
Gordon, Claude, Joe sister Betty, many beloved pets, & her husband of 52 years Leonard L. Wilson.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home, 35 Railroad Street, Plymouth, OH 44865, on Tuesday from 6-8 PM and on Wednesday from11:00 AM to noon. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Chris DeLozier officiating. Graveside services will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth.
