Following a lengthy illness a Memorial Service for Paul Zweidinger (Mr. Z)
will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Francis Xavier
Catholic Church in Willard, Ohio with Deacon Paul Jones officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Zweidinger was a graduate of St. Ignatius High School and Bowling Green State University. He was the band director in the Elmwood Local Schools from 1957 – 1963 and the Willard City Schools from 1963 – 1989.
He was a member of Phi Delta Theta, Ohio Music Education Association,
National Education Association and the Knights of Columbus. In 1993 he moved to Florida where he continued his teaching for a short period of time and recently moved back to Ohio where his wife June of North Ridgeville now resides. He is also survived by his sons Mark, of Winchester, Virginia; Michael of Carey, Ohio daughter Lynn, of Pewaukee, Wisconsin and three grandchildren.
