Penny Diane (Landis) Clay, age 43, born June 8, 1973, passed away on January 18, 2017 at the Pristine Senior Living in Willard. She is preceded in death by her mother Martha Stultz and grandparents Bob and Marjorie Brown and several aunts and uncles and a nephew. She leaves behind a father, George Landis of Fairborne; stepfather Doug Stultz of Springfield; significant other David Kilgore of Willard; 3 sons, Doug (Harley) Landis of Willard, Daniel Kilgore of Willard, David Jr. (Heather) Kilgore, of Willard; 1 daughter, Jessica (Emer) Moreno of Willard; 7 grandchildren, Izaiah Vasquez of Bellevue, Hayden, Havenah, Daelyn, Devony, Isreal and Nury all of Willard; a grandpuppy, Missy; 1 brother, Chuck (Sue) Landis of London; 5 sisters, Jackie (Travis) Kilgore of Willard, Vickie (Chris) Zornes of Mansfield, Margie Swisher of London, Cathy Sue (Tom) Fout of London, Chrissy Caudill of St. Paris and Brandy Jo (John) Caldwell of London, 8 Nephews, 7 nieces and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
