Viola Weaver, age 72, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2004 in Adams Lane Care Center in Zanesville, Ohio. She was born on March 3, 1932 in Prestonburg, Kentucky to the late Wiley and Bessie (Nolen) Howard and had been a Willard resident the majority of her life, living in Zanesville, OH for the past eight years. She was an employee with the former Pioneer Rubber Co. and Buurma’s Farm in Willard.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, David W. Weaver of Bradenton, FL; and John E. and Terry Weaver of Zanesville, OH; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna L and John Jones of Bradenton, FL; several grandchildren; one great granddaughter; one sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Raymond Hughes of Plymouth, OH; one brother and sister-in-law, Earl Edward and Ruth Howard of Willard, OH. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Edmond Weaver; two sons, Harold and Steve Weaver; four sisters, Izola Hall, Gertrude Howard, Sally Fields, and Delores Fulper; three brothers, Kelly, Andrew and Bertchel Howard.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Monday from 4-8 PM. Graveside services will be held at the Lutts Cemetery in Lutts, Tennessee on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Shackelford Funeral Director’s in Savannah, Tennessee is assisting with the Tennessee arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Weaver family.
